Can you do several rental houses on one plan?

What if there is nothing in the gutters on a visit?
Then it is a check: downspouts tested, guards brushed if fitted, discharge and hardware looked at, photos sent. If the spring visit on a two-visit plan is consistently light, the plan changes to fall-only and the price with it.
