Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to get your gutter cleaning job quoted, we pass it to one gutter cleaning contractor, and nobody else sees it. The detail is below.

What we keep

Whatever you choose to send us. For a gutter cleaning request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

How it is used

Your details go to a single independent gutter cleaning contractor serving Waterloo — the one who will quote on your eavestrough cleaning, downspout unblocking, gutter guards or similar job — and to no one else. That gutter cleaning contractor works under their own insurance and any licence the trade requires.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Standard server logs are kept by the host for uptime and abuse prevention, and nothing more.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — email hello@waterlooguttercleaning.ca. Under CASL we contact you only with your consent; reply STOP to any text, or email the same address, to withdraw it.
